How to Join?
Fill out the application form and pay Php=100.00 fee. Or to get a
free card just present receipts or Airbills of your mails sent thru
JRS particularly One (1) Pounder, Three (3) Pounder, Five (5)
Pounder, Legal Size, Brown Envelope and General Cargo Except Lipat
Bahay services worth Php=500.00 accumulated within a three month
period.
Students can avail of the application fee of Php=50.00 provided they
present a valid school I.D.
While waiting for the release of your frequency card, you can start
earning points from mails sent thru JRS made on the day you applied,
until you receive your card. Just present the receipts or airbills
upon release of your card so they can be credited to your card
manually.
Who can join?
All those with valid I.D. and at least 18 years old. Individuals
aged 12 to 17 years old can also join provided they obtain their
parent's consent. Parent's or guardians should sign on the "Parent's
consent" portion found on the membership application form. Children
11 years old below are disqualified to join.
How to claim your card?
Your card can be claimed at the branch where you applied. Just
present your claim stub.
How long does my membership last?
Your JRS Frequency card is valid for one year.
Will my JRS Frequency points expire?
Earned point will be reverted back to zero if not redeemed within
one year. Points that are not redeemed 2 weeks before the card
expires are automatically forfeited.
How will I renew my Card?
Renewal of your card for another one year can be done at the branch
where you sent your mailings. Simply fill up the Application Form,
check the "renewal" box and pay Php=100.00 at the cashier. Submit
the accomplished form together with the old card for processing.
Where can I use the JRS Frequency Card? Can I use it at branch/es
other than where I sent my mails.
You can use it at any branch other than the issuing branch but you
have to present the airbills to the issuing branch for recording of
points earned.
Get JRS Frequency Card and be rewarded for your mails sent! (Cash
customers only)
Always present JRS Frequency card every time you send mail thru JRS.
For every Php200.00 worth of mail sent, you will earn one (1) point
which is equivalent to Php=1.00. Points earned will be automatically
credited to your card manually.
What will I do if my card is lost?
Report immediately.
There will be replacement fee of Php=50.00 for damaged and lost card
and earning points will start anew.
JRS Reserves the right to modify or restrict the usage or terminate
the card within 30 days notice.
