PAMPALAMIG SA SUMMER RAFFLE PROMO
Promo Mechanics:

For every CASH purchase/availment of
the service worth P 500.00 one-time or accumulated of JRS products
and services within the promo period from any JRS Express branches
nationwide, entitles customer to one raffle stub.

Fill up the raffle stub with your
Complete Name, Address, Tel. No., affix Signature and the airbill
Number/s and drop it in the designated drop box at the branch of
purchase.

There should be no carry-over of
amount in excess of P500.00 once the stub is claimed.

Deadline of submission of entries is
12:00 noon of May 14, 2013.

Draw Date is on May 17, 2013 at 1:00
p.m. at JRS Express Head office, No. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo,
Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Participants can only win once. If
name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the bigger prize.

Winners shall be notified through
registered Mail and list shall be posted in all JRS Branches
Nationwide. Winners Name shall be published in a news paper of
general circulation (The Philippine Star) within two weeks from draw
date.

To claim prize, winners should bring
the claim stub and any of the following - Passport, Voters's ID,
Driver's License, PRC ID, Office/School ID, SSS, TIN, GSIS and
Senior Citizen ID and notification. Altered or unreadable documents
will not be accepted.

Prizes can be claimed from JRS Head
Office at no. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City and look
for Mr. David E. Geronimo, VP Operations & General Manager or Mrs.
Lorie Custodio, Marketing Manager.

All prizes for provincial winners
shall be shipped via JRS Express, free of charge, and can be claimed
from the Branch Manager at the Branch of purchase, as indicated in
the registered mail.

Prizes not claimed within 60 days from
receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of JRS Express
with prior approval of DTI.

Employees of JRS Express and its
affiliates and their relatives up to the second degree of
consaguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promotion.

JRS Express shall pay the 20% Tax for
Prizes Exceeding Php. 10,000.00
-
Promo Period is from February 18, 2013
to May 11, 2013.

Prizes are not convertible to cash.
